Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable
Given the personalized nature of our patches, crafted according to specific customer designs and requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each patch is custom-made, conforming to the exact design details and specifications approved by you during the pre-production sample process.
Color Discrepancies
We wish to draw your attention to the possibility of minor color differences in threads or fabric due to varying dye lots or digital renderings. Nevertheless, our pledge is to deliver patches that closely resemble the approved samples, ensuring your utmost satisfaction.
Delivery Delays
There may be occasional, uncontrollable instances where delivery is delayed due to unpredictable conditions affecting shipping companies, such as FedEx and DHL. These scenarios are beyond our command, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for delayed deliveries instigated by such occurrences.
Accepting Accountability
In the rare event that an error occurs on our part during production, we wholly accept responsibility. Under such circumstances, we offer a choice of full replacement, partial, or complete refunds.
